To help prevent excessive moisture build up between the sole and ACS in NANRIC Ultimates and NANRIC Mega Ultimates, Dr. Redden adds a 1/8” felt moisture barrier between the sole and ACS. The felt helps keep the sole much dryer and also offers a softer contact surface for the thin sole case. Place the desired amount of ACS in the Ultimate and concentrate it in the center leaving the wall contact area exposed. Place the felt over the ACS and apply the Ultimate to the foot.
